Willow + Oak requires a 48 hour notice when cancelling appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Fee is determined by the service listed.

If you are running 10 minutes late or less to your appointment, please call ahead. Anything past 10 minutes may result in forfeiting or rescheduling your appointment.

No-shows will be charged 30% of the service selected. A non-refundable deposit will alsol be required to book a future appointment.
